From the beginning, DLCAS.com has worked to make sure that all of our coursework is available in multiple formats to make it easier for our students to use and access our materials.  Some like the look and feel of traditional books or manuals.  Some enjoy the easy access of web-based materials that can be accessed anytime, anywhere.  Others like the convenience of downloading materials directly to their home or office computers for viewing or printing.

Here's a brief overview of the course format options available from DLCAS.com.  You can purchase our coursework in any of the following formats:

• Internet Format (available in Adobe PDF format, a popular online format that requires you to have the Adobe Reader program on your computer - which is free to download it you don't have it already).  Access and downloading information is immediately available from your order confirmation page AND will also be sent to you by email.  Many websites already use this very user friendly file format.  This format allows faster downloading, easier reading, and easier printing - you'll now know how many pages a course contains, and be able to select specific pages or sections rather than printing the entire document.  It does require that you have a copy of Adobe Reader on your system.  If your systems doesn't have this program, it is available for free at Adobe's website.  Use this link to go to the download site:

  There is no additional charge for this format.
   

• Hard copy format.  Coursework that is delivered to you by Priority Mail in book form.  All course materials will be included, as will the post test required for course completion.  A mail/fax form is also included that will allow you to mail or fax your test responses to us for processing.  We will also include online instructions should you want to take your test online for immediate results and faster certificate processing.  Hard copy courses will cost an additional $15 to $20 per course for materials/shipping/handling.
   

• CD-ROM format.  Different computers, processors, ISP's, and software make it sometimes difficult or time-consuming to capture materials provided via the Internet.  As a result, we've added the CD-ROM format to our list of options.  With this format we will send you a CD-ROM by Priority Mail that can be used in a CD-ROM drive on your home or office computer.  We'll include the Adobe Reader program on the disk along with any coursework you order.  Plus we'll include a text file that will contain permission for single-use duplication of the materials.  This will allow you the option of using a commercial printing service like Kinko's to turn your file into a hard copy manual at a relatively modest price.  This option will include a single, $15 fee for materials and shipping whether you order one course or many.
